How to Enable JavaScript:

  • For Windows:
    1. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 - "Tools => Internet Options => Security => Custom Level => (scroll way down) => Active Scripting => Enable"

    2. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or 5.5, use the browser's "Tools - Internet Options - Security" command sequence, then click on the "Custom Level" button, scroll to the "Scripting" options and Enable Active Scripting.

    3. Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, use the browser's "View - Internet Options - Security" command sequence, then click on the "Settings" button, scroll to the "Scripting" options and Enable Active Scripting.

    4. Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0, use the "View-Options-Security" command sequence to expose and select "Run ActiveX Scripts".

    5. Netscape Navigator 3.0, use the browser's "Options - Network Preferences - Languages" command sequence to expose and select the "Enable JavaScript" option.

    6. Netscape Navigator 4.0 and later, use the browser's "Edit-Preferences-Advanced" command sequence to expose and select the "Enable JavaScript" option.
    7. Netscape 6/7 -" Edit => Preferences => Advanced => Enable JavaScript for Navigator"

    8. AOL 5.0, use "My AOL - Preferences - WWW - Security" command sequence, then click on the "Custom Level" button, scroll to the "Scripting" options and Enable Active Scripting.

    9. Opera 5.0, use "File - Preferences - Plugins", then check Enable JavaScript.

  • For Macintosh:
    1. Intenet Explorer 5.0, use "Edit - Preferences - WEB Content - Active Content", check Enable Scripting.

    2. Netscape 4.7, use "Edit - Preferences - Advanced", check Enable JavaScript.

    3. AOL 5.0, use "My AOL - Preferences - WEB Content - Active Content", check Enable Scripting.
  • How to enable cookies

    The following describes how to enable cookies for the latest Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers. Other browsers may feature similar options.

    Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
    1. On the browser menu, go to Tools and select Internet Options.
    2. Then go to Privacy (tabs).
    3. Adjust preset settings so that cookies are enabled or click on Advanced to customise the settings.
    4. Then click OK for each window and click Refresh on the browser menu when you return to the webpage.
    Internet Explorer 5.x
    1. Select the "Internet Options..." menu item in the "Tools" menu.
    2. Click on the "Security" tab at the top of the Internet Options window that pops up.
    3. From the list of zones at the top of the Security options select the internet icon.
    4. Select the button near the bottom that reads custom.
    5. In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the item that reads "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)".
    6. Select the option marked "Enable".
    7. Click on the "Ok" button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.
     

    Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
    1. On the browser menu, go to Tools and select Internet Options.
    2. Then go to Security (tabs), ensure that "Internet" is selected, and click on Custom level.
    3. Scroll down until you reach the Cookies section.
    4. Select "Enable" for per-session cookies (not stored).
    5. Then click OK for each window and click Refresh on the browser menu when you return to the webpage.
    Internet Explorer 4.x
    1. Select the "Internet Options..." menu item in the "View" menu.
    2. Click on the "Advanced" tab at the top of the Internet Options window that pops up.
    3. Scroll down and find the option in the security section labelled "Cookies".
    4. Select the label that reads "Always accept cookies".
    5. Click on the "Ok" button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.
     

    Netscape 4.x
    1. Select the "Preferences..." menu item in the "Edit" menu.
    2. Click on the "Advanced" label displayed in the list of options on the left hand side of the Preferences window that pops up.
    3. On the right hand side select the radio button marked "Accept all cookies".
    4. Click on the "Ok" button at the bottom of the Preferences window.
     
    Netscape Navigator 4.6
    1. On the browser menu, go to Edit and select Preferences.
    2. Then click on Advanced and select Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server or Accept all cookies.
    3. Then click OK and click Reload on the browser menu when you return to the webpage.
    Netscape 6
    1. On the browser menu, go to Edit and select Preferences.
    2. Click on the arrow next to Advanced in the left hand menu and click Cookies.
    3. Select Enable all cookies or Enable cookies for the originating website only.
    4. Then click OK and click Reload on the browser menu when you return to the webpage.
    Opera 6
    1. On the browser menu, go to File and select Preferences.
    2. Then click on Privacy in the left hand menu and select Enable cookies.
    3. Then click OK and click Reload on the browser menu when you return to the webpage.

    Personal Firewall Settings

    If you are using Norton Personal Firewall, you must change some firewall settings for proper working of the site.The following describes how to unblock Pop-up Ads on Norton Personal Firewall.


    Steps:
    1. From the Taskbar or from the startup menu, Right click on the Firewall Icon and go to properties.
    2. Then click on "Ad blocking" option.
    3. Then uncheck the check box option for "Block Pop-up Ads" and return to your browser.
